Problem Starting Red Alert 2 on Windows 10

Description
I recently got Red Alert 2 to play on Windows 10, but came across problems trying to start the game, stating "Error: Unable to set the video mode".
Set Compatibility¶
- To fix this issue, I went into the C:\Westood\RA2 directory and right-click on Ra2.exe then click on Properties.
- Next go to the Compatibility tab and check [X] Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows 7.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
Set Resolution Manually¶
- To fix this issue, I went into the C:\Westood\RA2 directory and edited the ra2.ini, changing the following parameters:
[Video] ScreenWidth=1366 ScreenHeight=768 StretchMovies=no
