Description

I encountered a problem while updating one of my Windows machines. When I went to run an update I received an error code 0x80070490.

After looking around a bit online, I found that I needed to run a System File Check.

  1. Open the a Command Prompt as Adminitrator
  2. Run the following:
    sfc /scannow
